Main Purpose
The FP&A analyst has the responsibility of playing a key role in the reporting & forecasting processes and development of the AOP & PSP. This role will provide full P&L exposure as well as visibility and presentations to the senior leadership team. This role will also assist the team in driving performance management and analytics to deliver against the year.
Success in this role will require results-driven behavior, solid organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, technical strength and the ability work both independently as well as valued business partner for cross functional teams.


Support the AOP & PSP process and manage timelines for the business unit
Ensure the accuracy of key financial performance metrics & reporting
Analyze in year business drivers, trends and associated impacts
Forecast accountability
Consolidate AOP and forecast for business unit
Provide support on senior leadership financial period reviews
Collaborate with Controller’s team on process/accruals
Maintain & develop (complex) Excel forecasting models and tools
Support Finance and multifunctional teams on ad-hoc projects

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint are a key requirement / Desirable: Previous Essbase software experience.
Advanced English proficiency.
Deep understanding of a P&L and it’s drivers. Experience analyzing or forecasting Profit and Loss results
Experience in consumer products industry and asset.
Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams preferably with a multicultural experience.
Strong customer relations, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle high-volume, multiple priorities. Great organizational skills
Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios.
Strong technical, problem solving, planning and analytical skills
Ability to to work independently with minimal supervision
