Rol & Responsibilities

Attention to Users, Technical Support Level 2, preferable experience in the Banking field
Attention of reports in Field or Site, fulfillment of service levels

Technical: Tools and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
General Windows 10, ip telephony, office 365, Exchange, structured cabling, switch configuration, office packaging (advanced)
Structured cabling, Windows 10 management, office packages (Excel and advanced PPT), computer networks, knowledge of management tools such as Service Now or similar experience from other brands is necessary.

CERTIFICATIONS
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
