As an HR Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Administering day-to-day onboarding transactions including background screening, Pre-Hire Medical Check-up, Immigration & relocation support.
Ensuring all new hire compliance requirements, onboarding paperwork is complete and properly document evidence of compliance requirements met for future audits.
Acting as a resource in responding to queries from new employee, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
Coordinating, communicating and following-up with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth processes throughout onboarding of the employee.
Creating, updating, maintaining appropriate documentation, standard operating procedures, “benefits at a glance” and work instructions
Following the approval process and coordinate with appropriate legal or compliance personnel on employment contracts, employment law and legislation as appropriate.
Continually evaluating and support the employee and hiring manager experience throughout the on-boarding process.
Working with management to Identify potential problems, gather data, and analyze opportunities for process improvements
Training team members in the event of policy change/ update or in the event of having a new team member on boarded.
Supporting Data Integrity initiatives in all HR Systems

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Graduate Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Social sciences background
Have 2-3 years of experience in a corporate HR support or client services role with a thorough understanding of HR policies and processes including the onboarding process.
Be Customer focused with the ability to provide HR support to Latin American countries via a Global HR Centre.
Handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish.
Have strong interpersonal skills.
Desired Characteristics

Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Familiarity with customer service environment and ability to meet identified targets, KPIs and SLAs
Passion for continuous process improvement and simplification
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team environment
Knowledge of Workday will be an added advantage
