A Day In the Life

Sales Operation Coordinator

Provides administrative support to the Commercial Team for seamless customer engagement and experience
Ability to drive efficiencies to process harmonization and business process engineering activities

Day to day support

Assisting the sales team to do Vendavo billing
Maintain patient database report and printing of implant ID cards
Prepare sales quotation and send to the commercial team/hospital
Support sales team on tender contract
Raising ECATS for educational grant, educational events, marketing events for Singapore and make sure the entire process is compliance
Report preparation such as marketing report and others report when required Other adhoc
Ordering of product brochures, PPE, toolkit bag (programmer trolley bag, HF sales kit bag etc)
Arranging courier out for marketing items/ events
Sending down ID Cards, product demo to hosp/ clinic when required
Adhocs packing & delivering Linq bag for urgent cases. Need to understand & able to differentiate device models as requested by Reps
Picking up Adhoc Cheque payment from Reps- pass to finance
Co-ordinate weekend’s events like MedPace Live, Training sessions for hospital technicians & registrars, patient symposium
Booking of flights for sales team
Incoming shipment handling
