Ensure adequate inventory levels of raw materials (Electronics) for CPD Products based on the demand from the sites, applying strategies, leading meetings with key suppliers and escalating situations with Electronics GCM Team.
Review and update all the parameters or fields of procurement in the system to synchronized CPD and eMobility not limited to: Lead times, MOQ, MPQ, among others as needed.
Monitor, control and manage receipts, shipments and inventory levels of materials under PCBAs for CPD Business.
Arranges expediting activities of raw materials that affects any CPD PCBAs product family.
Follow-up on late deliveries and working with suppliers to determine root cause.
Shortages review to determine root cause and /preventive actions
Support on expedite and escalation process of TJ Material shortages affecting CPD Sites for current and next 18 months.
Escalate shortages and track progress of actions for resolutions.
Work with Engineering on alternates and potential substitutions.
Manage Daily Critical report and status to provide visibility to CPD Leadership.
Confirm 18 months PO and ETA based on CPD requirements for all electronics components.
Identified risk and proposed possible mitigations actions.
Work with GMC to allocate materials and resolve shortages.
Calificaciones
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar careers.
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar areas.
Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish).
PC knowledge, Microsoft Office, AS400, Windows, Access, ERP/MRP.
Capacity and ability to work under pressure and prioritize.
