Minimum 6 years of experience in analysis of solution requirements, Design thinking including optimization potential from various perspectives such as standardization, reuse, and speed to market, etc. In addition minimum 4 years of experience in building complex end-to-end automation solutions based on BPM technologies like Software AG webMethods BPMS, PEGA, and IBM Lombardi etc. Solid team player with great interpersonal and technical skills able to work in concert with architecture and Application Development teams to implement, deploy and test integration and BPMS solutions. Experience with webMethods Integration Server Experience working with portal technologies is a plus Experience in DevOps and related technologies such as Jenkins, Hudson, Maven, Groovy and Docker Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and extreme programming Development and design of complex Java EE-based software Experience in Integration and API Management area Experience with webMethods Universal Messaging Experience with webMethods Adapters such as JDBC Adapter and Cloudstreams Experience with webMethods BPMS and Task Engine Experience with Software AG AgileApps is a plus Experience with webMethods Optimize and MashZone Experience in UI development using CAF/OpenCAF or similar and frameworks such as AngularJS Experience with rules engines such as webMethods Business Rules, IBM ILOG, FICO Blaze etc. Experience with web service protocols (REST and SOAP) and data standards like XML, JSON etc.
